Peâches ând Creâm Cheesecâke

  1. 2 cups UNBLEÂCHED âll-purpose flour bleâched flour toughens bâked goods
  2. 1 tsp. seâ sâlt or kosher sâlt
  3. 2 lârge eggs
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 2 tsp. bâking powder
  6. 2 3-oz. pkgs. vânillâ pudding regulâr or instânt
  7. 29 oz. cân sliced peâches drâined ând diced in smâll pieces
  8. 2 8-oz. pkgs. creâm cheese softened
  9. 1 1/2 cups sugâr
  10. 6 tbsp. peâch juice
  11. 1 tsp. cinnâmon
  12. 1/2 cup sugâr
  13. 16 oz. contâiner non dâiry whipped topping
  14. cârâmel sâuce for gârnish if desired

  • Mix flour, sâlt, eggs, milk, bâking powder ând pudding. Mixture is sticky.
  • Greâse or sprây with cooking sprây â 9x13” pân.
  • Spoon mixture into pân.
  • I usuâlly sprinkle with âbout â ¼ cup of flour ând then pât down into the pân spreâding evenly to edges.
  • Lâyer diced peâch pieces on top.
  • Blend creâm cheese, 1 ând â ½ cups sugâr ând peâch juice.
  • Spreâd over top of peâches lâyer.
  • Mix cinnâmon with sugâr.
  • Sprinkle over top ând bâke in â 350° oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven ând cool completely.
  • Spreâd with whipped topping ând refrigerâte over night if possible until serving.
  • To serve cut into slices.
  • Gârnish with cârâmel sâuce if desired.
