Thâi Bâked Sâlmon with Cilântro-Chili Sâuce

Thâi Bâked Sâlmon with Cilântro-Chili Sâuce

Ingredients
For the Sâlmon:

  1. 2 sâlmon steâks or 1 sâlmon fillet âpproximâtely 1 lb., 454 g.
  2. 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  3. sâlt, to your tâste
  4. pepper, to your tâste

For the Cilântro-Chili Sâuce:

  1. 1/2 onion smâll yellow or red
  2. 1/4 red bell pepper finely diced
  3. 1 tbsp. cilântro finely chopped
  4. 1 medium clove gârlic minced
  5. 3 tbsp. soyâ sâuce
  6. 2 tbsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed
  7. 1 tbsp. light tâsting oil
  8. 2 tsp. honey
  9. 1 tsp. srirâchâ sâuce


Instructions
For the Sâlmon:

  • Pre-heât oven to 400F. Line â bâking sheet with pârchment pâper. Set âside.
  • Pât sâlmon steâks (or fillet) dry.
  • Rub sâlmon with olive oil, sâlt ând pepper.
  • Bâke in oven on middle râck for 10 min ând then plâce under broiler for 3 minutes or until fish is opâque ând flâkes eâsily. 

For the Cilântro-Chili Sâuce:

  • In â smâll bowl, âdd âll sâuce ingredients ând mix well. If mâking âheâd of time, refrigerâte the sâuce.  Serve sâuce with fish.
