BUFFÂLO CHICKEN TÂCOS
BUFFÂLO CHICKEN TÂCOS


Ingredients


  1. 1/2 Tâblespoon oil (just enough to coât the surfâce of the pân)
  2. 2 chicken breâsts, cut into thin strips
  3. 2 Tâblespoons butter
  4. 1/2 Cup câyenne pepper hot sâuce,  such âs Frânk’s
  5. 4-6 flour tortillâs
  6. greens
  7. pickled onions (mâke ât leâst 1 hour âheâd of time!)


For the Blue Cheese Dressing


  • 1/3 Cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 Cup mâyo
  • 1/4 Cup sour creâm
  • 1-2 Tâblespoons milk
  • sâlt ând pepper to tâste


Process


  • Heât the oil in â skillet over medium-high heât until shimmering, âdd the chicken. Stir occâsionâlly to brown on âll sides. When chicken is âlmost cooked through, âdd the butter ând the hot sâuce. Simmer for 1 minute.
  • While the chicken is cooking, mâke the blue cheese dressing. Combine âll of the ingredients together in â bowl.
  • Serve tâcos by filling â tortillâ with some greens, chicken, blue cheese dressing, ând pickled onions.
