Vegán Crepes


Vegán Crepes


Ingredients
  1. 1⁄2 cup soy milk
  2. 1⁄2 cup wáter
  3. 1⁄4 cup soy márgárine, melted
  4. 1 tbsp turbinádo sugár
  5. 2 tbsp máple syrup
  6. 1 cup unbleáched áll-purpose flour
  7. 1⁄4 tsp sált

Directions
  • In á lárge mixing bowl, blend soy milk, wáter, márgárine, sugár, syrup, flour, ánd sált. Cover ánd chill for 2 hours.
  • Lightly greáse á 5 to 6 inch skillet with some soy márgárine. Heát the skillet until hot. Pour ápproximátely 3 táblespoons of bátter into the skillet. Swirl to máke the bátter cover the bottom of the skillet. Cook until golden, flip, ánd cook on the opposite side.
