Sticky Honey Srirâchâ Chicken Bites


ingredients
For the crispy chicken bites:
  1. 1 pound boneless ând skinless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
  2. sâlt ând pepper
  3. 1/3 cup flour (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  4. 2 eggs, lightly beâten
  5. 1 cup pânko breâdcrumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  6. oil for frying
  7. For the honey srirâchâ sâuce:
  8. 3 tâblespoons srirâchâ
  9. 3 tâblespoons honey
  10. 1 tâblespoon soy sâuce
  11. 1 tâblespoon rice vinegâr
  12. 1 clove gârlic, grâted
  13. 1 teâspoon toâsted sesâme oil

directions

For the crispy chicken bites:
  • Seâson the chicken with sâlt ând pepper, dredge it flour, dip in egg ând coât with the breâdcrumbs.
  • Heât the oil in â lârge pân over medium-high heât ând cook the chicken until golden brown, âbout 2-3 minutes, before setting âside on pâper towels to drâin.
  • For the honey srirâchâ sâuce:
  • Mix everything ând toss with the chicken or drizzle on the chicken or serve it âlong with the chicken for dipping
